Sending online applications to your tenants by email (Full/Express Checks)

To make things even easier; you can complete these details yourself (online) or you can invite your tenants (or guarantors) to complete their own applications online.

Simply provide the name and e-mail address of each prospective tenant or guarantor and we will send each person an e-mail asking them to complete their application online. You will be able to check the status of the application at any time and view their application details within your account.

At the end of the process your tenant will be asked to print and return a signed declaration. This will authorise the applicants’ referees to respond to our enquiries. A fax or email scan is sufficient for the majority of employers.

Obtaining consent to carry out checks

You must obtain consent before carrying out a check on an individual. You can obtain consent by using our consent declaration form.

However, for Full/Express Tenant Checks you may invite the applicants to complete their applications online. If you choose this option then we will obtain the consent directly from the tenant or guarantor.

The applicant will be asked to provide their consent during the application process and will also have to print and sign a declaration and return it to us. Please note that this site and our services are governed by the 1998 Data Protection Act.
